Sperling Vineyard Classes

Current oil painting classes are held at the beautiful Sperling Vineyards and wine tastings are included! So join fellow classmates after class to taste some exceptional wine and chat art.

Classes are kept small - 6 people and less for a more personalized experience. This ensures each student will get as much attention as possible; keeps the classes fun and encouraging; and helps students of every level to gain insight and skills. There are 3 classes of 3 hours each for every session. New students start at $140 for these sessions. Returning students who can show they are practicing ideas get a discount*.

I strongly believe in encouraging your own artistic path - I will share what I know to help you be the artist you want to be. I will take the time to understand what your goals are and help you to attain them.

Classes are set up by subject matter: still life, landscape or portrait painting. Anyone at any level is welcome to join the class. I keep class sizes small so each person gets a lot of one-on-one attention. Each class set is 10 – 12 hours of instruction time, whether it be a weekend workshop style, or regular classes, and has specific goals to learn.

*Discount applies to: Students who have taken classes within 3 months of the last registration with myself and have shown that they are applying lessons in class and are keeping up with ‘homework’.
